Please include the following information in a Slides or Power Point presentation:
- A cover letter email listing all the information requested on the Scholarship Application page.
- A minimum 3.8 grade point average in art classes. Please include an official copy of your transcript.
- 150 word essay on why art is important to you and your future goals.
- 1 letter of recommendation from someone who has been influential in your art education.
- List on separate sheet all additional training or volunteer work that has included an art purpose.
- 5 samples of work representing at least 3 separate media. Media may include: drawing, painting, sculpting, graphic design, textile, etc. Samples may be submitted as photographs or digital images on a CD, flash drive or a sd card.
- Application requirements must be emailed to pwdeshazo@juno.com by May 1.
